MOULDS

We make quality tests by computer after finishing the thermoform moulds by parametric drawing program. Our moulds are manufactured fully by CNC treatment technology. The heated plastic sheets are shaped, cooled and cut by our moulds. Stoning of our mould knives are made abroad because cutting operation is very crucial in thermoform moulds. We can have unlimited variations of products in cup moulds by lower costs by changing inserts keeping the cutting diameter constant.
